Un eveniment organizat de Radioclubul Școlar YO6KGS 

în parteneriat cu Asociația Tășuleasa Social 

și Fondul Științescu Mureș.  

Despre Via Transilvanica:

Via Transilvanica este un traseu turistic cu o lungime de aproximativ 1400 km care străbate România din Nordul Moldovei pâna în Vestul Olteniei.

Drumul traversează zone deosebite ale țării, cum sunt mănăstirile din Bucovina, cetățile dacice, cetatea Alba Iulia, sate tradiționale românești, localități săsești fortificate și scaunele secuiești, păduri, dealuri și munți, precum și pajisti de o frumusețe aparte.

Acest drum străbate Transilvania și regiunile cultural-istorice ale acesteia și ajunge până la Drobeta Turnu-Severin, locul unde  se păstrează un pilon de susținere al podului lui Apollodor din Damasc.

Tășuleasa Social a amenajat acest traseu împreună cu echipele de voluntari, marcându-l cu borne unice având o simbolistică specială.

Drumul poate fi strabatut pe jos sau cu bicicleta.

Perioada: 15 aprilie 2024 - 30 noiembrie 2024

Tipuri de legături radio (QSO):

1) PARKS ON THE AIR, QSO-uri POTA

În acest caz stația YR1400VT va transmite doar din parcuri și zone protejate care se află în județe traversate de Via Transilvanica:

Moldova/Bucovina: Suceava,

Transilvania: Bistrița-Năsăud, Mureș, Harghita, Brașov, Sibiu, Alba, Hunedoara,

Banat: Caraș-Severin,

Țara Românească: Mehedinți.

2) SUMMITS ON THE AIR, SOTA

QSO-urile vor fi realizate de stația YR1400VT din Carpații Orientali (YO/EC-xxx), Carpații Meridionali (YO/MC-xxx) și Carpații Occidentali (YO/WC-xxx). 

Puteți solicita diploma chiar dacă nu aveți conturi SOTA sau POTA. Aveți nevoie doar de numărul solicitat de QSO-uri.

3) LEGĂTURI RADIO FACUTE DE LA RADIOCLUBUL  YO6KGS

Majoritatea operatorilor stației YR1400VT sunt copii (10-14 ani) și adolescenți, toți cu autorizații de radioamator, membri ai Radioclubului YO6KGS , așa că vă rugăm să aveți răbdare cu ei. Mulțumim pentru intelegere!

REGULI

Numărul minim de legături radio pentru a obține diploma:

Stații europene:

7 QSO-uri în 7 zile diferite, în perioada 15 aprilie 2024 - 30 noiembrie 2024.

Statiile românesti și de asemenea ER, E7, HA, LZ, OM, UR, YU, Z3, Z6, 4O, 9A:

5 QSO-uri în 5 zile diferite în timpul perioadei de activare. 

Alte continente:

2 QSO-uri în 2 zile diferite.

Se ia în calcul doar un QSO pe zi, chiar dacă realizați mai multe QSO în aceeași zi.

Nu contează tipul de QSO (tip 1, 2 sau 3), doar numărul de legături radio.

Diplomele vor fi acordate  în noiembrie și decembrie 2024. Vă rugăm să aveți răbdare!

Diploma SOTA & POTA va fi acordată NUMAI pentru QSO-uri SSB și/sau CW.

Puteți solicita diploma, chiar dacă nu aveți conturi SOTA sau POTA.

Nu trebuie să trimiteți logul. Un e-mail va fi activ în noiembrie și decembrie 2024 pentru a solicita diploma.

Premiul este disponibil și separat pentru CW sau SSB. Regulile sunt aceleași.

SOTA & POTA AWARD

Via Transilvanica is a long-distance trail for walking, cycling and horse riding. It is about 1400 km long and crosses Romania from Putna (in the North-West part of Moldova) to Drobeta Turnu-Severin (a city in the West part of Wallachia), passing through more than 400 communities.

Most of it crosses Transylvania with all its ethnic and cultural regions, hence the name.

Via Transilvanica is inspired by other long distance trails around the World, such as El Camino, Pacific Crest Trail and Appalachian Trail. Via Transilvanica is a journey of courage because it makes us talk about who we really are. It helps us discover landmarks from the Danube shores, to the mountain ridges.

YR1400VT - The second part of our Special Event, the second year of Via Transilvanica

Period: April 15, 2024 - November 30, 2024

 

Via Transilvanica SOTA and POTA Award (CW or/and SSB)

Types of radio contacts (QSO):

1) PARKS ON THE AIR RADIO CONTACTS, POTA QSOs
The station YR1400VT will transmit only from parks and protected areas that are located in the counties crossed by Via Transilvanica:

Moldova/Bucovina: Suceava,

Transylvania: Bistrița-Năsăud, Mureș, Harghita, Brașov, Sibiu, Alba, Hunedoara,

Banat: Caraș-Severin,

Wallachia: Mehedinți.

2) SUMMITS ON THE AIR, SOTA QSOs will be made by the station YR1400VT from Eastern Carpathians (YO/EC-xxx), Middle Carpathians (YO/MC-xxx) and Western Carpathians (YO/WC-xxx).  These mountain chains are also crossed by Via Transilvanica.

You can ask for the award even if you don't have SOTA or POTA accounts. You only need the requested number of QSOs.

3) RADIO CONTACTS MADE FROM YO6KGS SCHOOL RADIO CLUB

Most of the operators of the station YR1400VT are children (10-14 years old) and teenagers, all of them with amateur radio license, members of YO6KGS Radio Club, so please be patient with them.
     

RULES

The minimum number of radio contacts (QSOs) to get the award:

European stations: 

7 QSOs on 7 different days during April 15, 2024 - November 30, 2024.

Romanian stations and also ER, E7, HA, LZ, OM, UR, YU, Z3, Z6, 4O, 9A: 

5 QSOs on 5 different days during the period of activation. (because of the skip)

Other continents:

2 QSOs on 2 different days.

Only one QSO per day is counted, even if you make more than one QSO on the same day.

It doesn't matter what kind of QSOs you make (type 1, 2 or 3).

 

The awards will be granted only in November and December 2024. Please be patient!

Via Transilvanica SOTA and POTA award will be granted ONLY for SSB and/or CW QSOs.

You can ask for the award even if you don't have SOTA or POTA accounts.

You don't have to send the log. An e-mail will be active in November and December 2024 to ask for the award.

The award is also available separately for CW or SSB. The rules are the same.

WHO WAS GHEORGHE ȘINCAI?

The radio club of our school is named after the great scholar Gheorghe Șincai -  director of Romanian Greek-Catholic schools in Transylvania, fighter for the rights of Transylvanian Romanians, historian, philologist, translator, representative of the Transylvanian School (Școala Ardeleană).

Gheorghe Șincai was born in 1754 in Râciu - a village that is now in Mureș county, Romania. The place where he was born is 1 km far from our radio club.

He is best known for the fact that he founded more than 370 Romanian schools in Transylvania and wrote the first history of all Romanians - ”Hronica Românilor și a mai multor neamuri...” - ”The Chronicle of the Romanians and of several nations...”

* In 1774 he received a scholarship to Rome, where due to the fact that he studied well, he was taken under the protection of Cardinal Stefan Borgia, who was secretary of De Propaganda Fide College. He appointed Sincai custodian of the library of this institution, and then asked and obtained for him from Pope Pius VI the favor of being able to visit the libraries of the Vatican, Sopra la Minerva and Benedictina. Sincai also received a specialist to guide him through the libraries. Borgia showed him the books about Romanians.
* During his time as principal of schools in Transylvania, he opened more than 370 new Romanian schools. During this time, not only did he inspect the schools, but he collected any documents that referred to Romanians. He began to write "The Chronicle of the Romanians and of several nations in how much they were mixed with the Romanians, how the things, events and deeds ... "
* In 1803 Şincai went to Buda(Pest), where together with Samuil Micu he worked feverishly, gathering documents and interpreting the facts described in them, but S. Micu died, and Gheorghe Şincai remained to continue the work alone. He thus printed the Buda Calendar, at the end of which he published, in 1807, "The History of the Romanians". In the following years, he published in the same calendar and in the same way fragments from "Hronica românilor ...", until finally it was banned by censorship.
* In 1811 Şincai appears in Oradea, where he is well received by Samuil Vulcan. Here he will work diligently on "Hronica Românilor ...", writing only about the period until 1739, when he stops, for fear of upsetting the authorities and not arousing his enemies. In 1812 he went on foot to Blaj, carrying bags of documents and manuscripts on his back. After finishing the Chronicle of the Romanians, Şincai disappeared without anyone knowing where he took it. He was last seen in Transylvania in 1814, then no one found out about him, not even when he died.
* It was found out only late that Gheorghe Şincai died on the estate of Count Vass, near Košice, in Svinica in Slovakia, on November 2, 1816.
* Many of his works are known only by title because they were lost. These include "Dialogue", a Romanian grammar, a Romanian dictionary and a Daco-Romanian one.

Doi dintre ei au obținut certificatul și autorizația de clasa a III-a, restul cls. a IV-a de autorizare.
