Task 1  - Powering up the device and logging in

Power up the device using the AAC device.

After the device is on, enter the user name and the password.

Task 2 preparation:

·         Pin the mail app to the taskbar and set it to the first position after the Windows Button.

·         Make sure the mail app is pinned on the first position by pressing GUI (Windows key) and key 1 at the same time. The mail app should open/start if it is on the first position.

Task 2 – Sending an eMail via Mail app

Open the Mail app and send a Mail to mote12@web.com with the subject “Test” and the Text:

This is a test mail.

Task 3 preparation

·         Pin an internet browser of you own choosing to the taskbar and set it to the first position after the Windows Button.

·         Make sure the internet browser is pinned on the first position by pressing GUI (Windows key) and key 1 at the same time. The browser should open/start if it is on the first position.

Task 3 – Play a video on YouTube

Start an internet browser an go to the YouTube website (www.youtube.com). (GUI+1)By using the mouse pointer, play the first video in the upper left corner under the search bar. After the page with the video has loaded, play it.(click on the video). Enter into full screen. (double click on the video) Stop the video after 15 seconds.

Task 4 – Create an Event in the calendar

Open the calendar and create a new event. Name the event “Birthday”. Leave all other fields as they are. Enter the following text in the text description:

Finish the task by saving the event.
